This place is Amazing! Owned/Run by the super sweet & dedicated Nina. She is wonderful and truly cares about her customers happiness. She wants you to have not good results but Great results! So many places are only motivated by money and Nina is motivated by results. And Great results are what you get! I went in for the UltraSonic & RF treatment (who doesn't want a bit of sculpting & smoothing?!).. And that machine works! I tried the various machines and prefer the orig style machine with the different handles. I get just the US & RF. My first treatment I was surprised by buzzing in my head from the US and now I actually like it. Relaxes me in some weird way. Results were so great I decided to try the CoolSculpt too. Loved it!! Drink lots of water! This place is your 1 stop shop for beauty treatments & massage. Nina is always buying new machines / treatments.. She tries them all herself first too! Very cozy inside with cute decor and always tea/water avail. Not a pretentious spa place. Very well run with polite & helpful ladies. The hours are great.. Open Everyday & Closes at 9.. So can go after work! Super easy to get to from the Valley (Coldwater Cun blvd) or Hollywood (170 fwy/Victory).. I'm often early as I always get there quicker than I expect. Lots of places to get a bite to eat after too (Starbucks, Poke bowls, pizza... Many options).

“In terms of the experience, It was very positive. You were very responsive and professional. I appreciated the help with getting the financing at the best rate possible. We did have some challenges with the wire transfer but that seemed to be more of a bank issue, but you were very prompt in returning the refund as discussed. So far, the equipment seems good, although we are not in full swing of using it just yet, so more to come on that.
